Degree: Master in Cardiovascular Sciences; Nationality: Chinese; Languages: English, Mandarin; Dr Wayne Song received his Medical Degree of Anesthesiology from Weifang Medical College in Qingdao, Shandong Province in 1995. After working as an anesthetist for 7 years, he completed his MPhil in Cardiovascular Science from University of Leicester in the UK in 2006. He also participated in medical trainings like Aeromedical Training, Frist Aid Training, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Clinical Anesthesia training in Beijing Hospital. Dr Wayne provides treatment of all aspects of general medicine, emergency medicine and anesthesiology. He served as an emergency physician and a flight doctor at International SOS from 2006 to 2012, dealing with critical patient rescue and ICU and normal patients’ transfer. Before re-joining Raffles Hospital Beijing, he worked in several well-known hospitals as ER physician and GP doctor in China. Dr Wayne also provides on-site medical consultation services for international school students.
